Cole’s Wilton exceeded my expectations! Cole’s Wilton was fantastic to work with after my fender bender. They kept me well-informed every step of the way — from sourcing the repair parts to painting and final installation. When I picked up my car, it looked amazing, with the interior fully detailed and spotless. Unlike other shops I’ve used in the past, Cole’s Wilton truly cares about the little things like thorough cleaning and preparation. They handled everything quickly, professionally, and with great attention to detail. I highly recommend Cole’s Wilton if you want fast, high-quality work done right with care and cleanliness. I’m writing this review because I was so impressed with the service and professionalism of this organization. My car was damaged and after the adjuster came, they decided to write the car off and have it towed for auction and parts. Manager Matt is just an amazing person who was kind, respectful, and compassionate, and did not show any sense of disappointment that they could not do the repair. I had heard great things about this place and it was highly recommended by Warren Tire‘s next-door. I had a chance to see the inside of the Bodyshop while I was walking with Mayt and it’s very clean and organized. I can highly recommend anybody to have the car brought here for Repair and not worry about the pressure of the insurance company who tries to put you in one of their body shops. When it comes to a modern day repair with all the bills whistles on the car, you really need a good company who can fix it the right way. I will keep them in mind for future repairs and again thank them for the professionalism and kindness, something very important especially when you’re traumatized after an accident or a loss of vehicle you need somebody to make you feel it is. truly can’t say enough good things about this place. From start to finish, the experience was incredible. I worked with Jess, and right from the beginning she was welcoming, knowledgeable, and immediately put me at ease…especially when I had questions about insurance. She walked me through everything and made the whole process feel simple and stress-free. The communication throughout was top-notch. I was kept updated the entire time, which made such a difference. And when I picked up my car it was spotless. This is the place to go. It’s rare to experience customer service at this level these days, and they absolutely delivered. Highly recommend!

Amazing experience!! Highly recommend. The repair was amazing, timely & they communicated the entire process through text and phone calls. Paint job is flawless thanks to Josh, the detailers did a great job. Will 100% go back if I ever need to.
