Jiffy Lube Oil Change

Surprisingly great experience here this morning, and it was because of the crew - Nicole, Kap, and Charles - all positive people who made the morning visit easy and did a fantastic job from start to finish. Initially just went in for an oil change, but decided to get my headlight lenses cleaned up since the $20-off promo is running, and Charles clearly brought them back to life. Very happy with the service, experience, and price today, thanks!

Terrible experience..I was the first customer waiting to get in ( 730 am) was waiting right in front of a bay door they were apparently weren't going to use that day..so they opened the other 2 and waved in 4 customers in front of me..and didnt bother to tell me.. I was there a total of 2.5 hours by the time i left. On the way out I asked to confirm they reset the oil timer..said they did..but they didnt. Also..this shop does not report services to carfax. They didnt seem to know that when I asked. I never leave bad reviews. But I feel this is important due the stakes of not being thorough with somebody's car. Im not confident my wheels have been properly tourgued.. so I'll be going to another shop to confirm my work was done right.

I arrived for an oil change and was in and out in Jiffy. Fast, clean and even reset my oil life indicator. Nicole A, treated me like family such a nice lady. I definitely recommend their service.

I stopped because of the big sign out front that said 15 minute oil change. When I arrived I was told they were short staffed, so it would be a little bit longer.I said no big deal.I waited.It was 25 minutes, then they brought my car in which was the first one at the bay.Then, when the hood went up, it sat for another 35 minutes until I complained. Asking about the 15 minute deal...They again said that they were short staffed. I said, I saw you standing there talking to another employee for ten minutes, while my hood was just sitting there up and he walked away. Then, another five minutes goes by. I'm called out to the computer to verify my personal details. After that was done I get told.We're about to start your oil change.I had been there for over an hour now or my 15 minute oil change with my car sitting in the bay with the hood up for about 45 minutes. Finally, after a full hour and a half, they came in and told me it was done.And I could pay for what I had been there for and a $9.99 "supplies charge" (not quite sure what SUPPLIES I was paying for since they charge $13/qt for my oil) I was told by the cashier that it applies to every fee they have. So after all, said and done 2 hours for a 15 minute oil change.I paid $106 AFTER a $25 coupon. And apparently the dismissive attitude was complimentary. NEVER GOING BACK!

Popped in there for state inspection today and was pleasantly surprised. Everyone there was incredibly friendly they had my car in and out and under 10 minutes. No scams, no needed repairs, just quick service and they also suggested I should come back and have them tighten up my lug nuts in a couple of days. Genuinely impressed highly recommend.
