This location is the best. I consistently experience quick, friendly and thorough service here. I am so grateful for this crew of professionals to rely for yearly inspections and all of my oil changes.

This place is awful. I arrived a couple minutes before 8am to get an inspection and planned to wait in my car until they opened. An employee came over and asked what I needed, so I told him I was there for an inspection. He said I would have to wait until 8, which was fine, but then he took one quick look at my tires and immediately said they would not pass inspection because they were "completely worn down to the wear bars." My tires have less than 20,000 miles on them and looked perfectly fine. I took the car somewhere else right after and had no issues passing the inspection. These guys will use any excuse to get out of doing their job and nearly convinced me I needed a new set of tires when I clearly didn’t.

Today I went to this location for an oil change and Inspection . You have to walk around the building in the rain to get to the waiting room. Being cold and rainy, In the waiting room the temperature on the wall is 54 degrees and the door is broke so it stays open I have pictures . Then of course after 92.00 they tell me my truck didnt pass inspection due to rear brake rotors have rust on them . Not the pads are bad or a check engine light is on but my rear rotors are rusty ! Beware of this place no one mentioned what it would cost me . waiting room is separate and until their done you have no idea what it will cost.no menu board in waiting room addressing prices . Instead of feeling like a customer you feel cold and offended
