Upstate Auto Body Works

I picked Upstate Auto Body out of the list when I needed a bumper replacement after my car was recently side-swiped. The work was just completed and I cannot overstate the quality of the repair, which involved repair/replacement of various parts and perfect paint matching. My old car came back looking beautiful, clean, and good as new. In addition to this, the customer service was absolutely excellent, shout out to Bekah for her assistance, patience, and thorough communication. These folks will be my first call for any future auto body work needed. Just beautiful stuff.

This is well worth my trip to get my Honda car body work done! Not that I don't like to have to get my Honda repaired again but seriously this is where I'd go. They did a beautiful body repair. Honest to God 💖. Becka had alot of patience with questions I asked and took car of getting a rental while my car was getting repaired. I saw the action of the men working on the cars and they are very busy. Thank you for the work you did, God Bless!!! 😊

I was blown away yesterday by the way this business went out of their way to help me. I had a minor fender bender that had pushed my door in and the door wouldn't open. They had me come right down and made the quick adjustment to allow the door to open again. And THEN they went ahead without even me asking and did a quick buff out of the dent and it looked 100 times better. All without an appointment and all without taking a dime. Thank you Upstate Auto Body! I hope to never need to return but if I ever need auto body work I'll be coming to you!

I stopped by for an estimate from an accident I had recently. Becca looked at my vehicle without much notice and popped the fender and moulding back in place while I waited! They asked for my car to be brought in before they got the part. I was in a rental for the time being. It took 9 months to fix a door as the outsourced autobody place for Saratoga Honda. 9 months of a rental. They don’t return calls when inquiring if parts have come in on dates they state they would be. I have not returned to either location.
