I brought our Impreza in for spark plugs do to the fact that it had over 130,000 miles on it and we planned to keep is as our second car and trade our Honda Accord which had over 150,000 miles on it to buy a new Subaru Crosstrek Limited. After waiting a couple of days ( due to their new computer system over Booking) ( BS ) they told me it was almost done and they just needed to get it ( back together.) We know that was their first lie since they called us an hour later to tell us that our valve covers were leaking and oil would get down into the spark plug wells if they didn’t replace them . They also said we needed rear brake pads and rotors. They were probably due, so we had them do that as well as an oil pan gasket. A few days after we got the car back , all of our instrument lights came on. ( Check engine and eye sight plus more ) we took it back and they told us that it was unrelated to what they did. They said EGR valve and Mass air flow sensor needed to be replaced. To replace the EGR valve on this you have to remove the exhaust manifold. They told me they could try cleaning them at a high price that I don’t current have on hand, but if that didn’t work I would have to replace them at an even higher price. I was going to have them just replace the parts ( weeks for parts to come in) I then went North country Subaru in Queensbury where I was treated by much friendlier staff. They immediately offered me a loaner ( at no cost ) while they kept our car for diagnostics and service. The lines going to mass air flow sensor and I believe a cooling fan were. Logged and needed replacing. Also they noticed that our oil pan gasket was still leaking. We took it back to Romeo who told us that this was the upper oil pan gasket and the motor had to be pulled to replace it. There were more lies, but we went back to North Country and traded our Impreza in on a new Crosstrek Limited that was the same color as the loaner they gave us. The sales people and service we dealt with were much friendlier and more knowledgeable than those at Romeo. Romeo, formerly Mackay auto, formerly New Country was where we bought the Impreza because it was much closer to where we live. We will no longer be doing Romeo and suggest that others steer clear it there. We didn’t plan to write a review, but they kept asking us to even after we told than that we would no longer doing business and told them why. They owe us a large refund for the work they did and didn’t do, but they ( Don’t do refunds )

Mark and Nick (our salesman) set everything up with service to complete prepping our new/used vehicle for delivery. Everything went great and they even finished way ahead of schedule. Excellent work by Romeo!

Very helpful and friendly service staff. I was driving through Saratoga Springs on my way to Canada and my Check Engine light was on. It was a Saturday morning, but the service staff realized I had little time and went out of their way to check out the problem. They got me on my way feeling assured that the car would behave properly. Wonderful staff. I wish all service centres were like them!

I came into the dealership with zero expectations. I was greeted upon entering the building and quickly directed to the person that would be helping me. Andrew was incredibly helpful and understood my circumstances. With his help I was able to narrow down my search for the right vehicle for me. He was patient with me as I asked questions. He’s knowledgeable about the cars he sells. I finally decided on the Forester. I met with Frank and from there I felt like I was also in good hands. He worked hard to get me the best deal for my situation. I love ❤️ my new Forester and highly recommend this dealership.

we recently visited to get an inspection, oil change and then we added the cabin air filter after they reviewed it with us. Beth Facto who was our Service Advisor was wonderful. It took about an hour longer than we had planned but I'm sure it was because of the air filter. We'll plan better next time so it isn't at lunchtime.
