My wife and I went in to test drive a new 2025 Toyota Rav 4. It was a great experience. The showroom was clean, inviting and was welcomed as soon as we stepped inside. We met with Mike Raucci and he was very friendly. He introduced us to Dave Saunders who finished our deal. We were offered water or coffee and after finishing our deal went to a late lunch while Rav4 was being detailed. After coming back, Dave showed us how to setup bluetooth and other settings. We finished with Lyn, who patiently helped us with finishing our paperwork and warranties. Great overall experience. Thank you kindly Mike Raucci, Dave and Lyn for the Red Carpet treatment. It was a pleasure to do business with you all. No wonder this dealership is a 20 time Toyota President Winner.
