Rust Check of Watertown

Good place however truck has been sitting without car wash and rust still spreading even after vigorous removal 1 month after application.

I scheduled an appointment 3 months in advance and arrived for my appointment at the scheduled time. We arrived around 10 minutes early and they stated that our appointment was actually a half hour before the time I scheduled. I received two text notifications from them stating that my original time was correct, and arrived to find out they booked over our time slots when we didn’t show up for the earlier appointment.

Through two appointments for multiple services (both Rust Check spray and standard vehicle maintenance), everyone I talked to here was an absolute pleasure to work with. So friendly, and they were happy to do whatever was needed to accommodate my schedule. Never felt rushed or silly when asking questions. They went above and beyond in every way. I trust them to do any work my car needs in the future and I can’t recommend them enough.

Called and immediately felt like this place was FAR above 5 stars. All of my questions were answered, I was scheduled within a reasonable amount of time! Once I arrived to my appointment the friendly environment was comforting and again above anything I’ve witnessed in Watertown. They went above and beyond and I would recommend them to anyone and everyone. Honest people are hard to come by, I’m extremely thankful I found this shop and will be using them again for any future needs!
