I made an appointment Friday for my car inspection and Todd was able to get me right in Monday. He was so very friendly & helpful, as were the mechanics who did the inspection. They found that my vehicle is out of alignment and gave me a print out picture with the details. I was very surprised, as I recently bought new tires and had brake replacements from the new Cheney place. I will be taking my vehicle back to them and hope they will take care of the alignment free! I now wish I had gone to City Auto in the first place for the tires & brakes, and will certainly go to them from now on! I highly recommend them!

City auto helped me when other garages in the area where to expensive. Linden made it happen for me he gave me a price for my wife's van and it was a little more than what we planned but there was other problems we didn't expect so that's why it cost a little bit more the service was great the place is very clean and they don't try to push things on you if you cant afford it they have a program there that they offer to help and I used it payments are responsible Van all fixed in and out in one day plus a phone call from Linden the next day asking if everything was working ok.

Had my car inspectioned there on 11/20/25. I was told that I needed a new muffler,that mine was rotted. They wanted over $500 to replace it. I was suspicious because my car was not loud when running. Took it to Mr. Tire. They checked it out for me and I was told there was nothing wrong with it. Stainless steel system and everything was OK. Beware if you do business with City Auto.

I needed a Carco vehicle photo inspection for both of my vehicles as I am changing insurance companies. Mike took us right in and took care of everything. He is super helpful and friendly. He sent our inspection results to our email and also printed hard copies for us. I noticed that the cars on his lot were very clean and looked show-room new. His waiting room and counter area were also clean, comfortable and inviting. Thanks to City Auto for helping us out..we appreciate you!
