I had my car serviced here twice, the first time they were very straightforward and honest, they were an absolute pleasure to work with. The second time I was a little worried about communication but Paul personally came and talked to me and made things right. He’s honest and a very easy guy to conduct business with and it seems like his customers matter to him. I couldn’t have asked for better service both times. The lady at the front desk was very sweet and helpful, I very much appreciate their help and hope to get service like theirs when I finally move out of New York. Thank you Paul.

DO NOT GO HERE!!! Communication is absolutely terrible, i’d call multiple times a day and nobody would pick up and if they did they’d tell they’d call right back and never would. our car was in the shop for 36 days with little to no communication only to be left a voicemail saying they couldn’t figure it out and we’d have to take it somewhere else. not sure what kind of mechanic needs 36 days to realize they don’t know what they’re doing but here we are. The cherry on top of the cake was having to spend my entire morning making phone calls because they couldn’t even give the correct information on the car. When our car went into the shop we had just over 50,000 miles, now we’re being told it has 145,000. Only way I could see that happening is if they fixed the car and took it cross country multiple times. Don’t bring your car here unless you’re okay not hearing anything even when you call 10+ times a day!!!

Went in with rattling under my hood. Waited less than 10 minutes before going for a road test with the guy at the front desk. The gentleman drove with me to my house and took the truck back to the shop that day. The next morning he called and told me what was wrong, the estimate of the total cost, and when it will be done by. Fixed an issue with my transmission within 2.5hrs. From drop off to pick up was less than 24Hr’s. Incredible service and the truck runs great now. Highly recommend.

This shop did a great job with a complex transmission line problem on an older Land Rover, they were very communicative and fair, honest business!

Absolutely by far some of the best service! We were traveling from Illinois had some issues, this place came highly recommended for good reason. Great customer service, staff were knowledgeable and friendly and serviced our vehicle quickly! You don’t often get garage service where you are not overcharged, with great service and this was one of them. Thanks to the tech and shop for helping us out!
