Multiple great experiences with the professional team here have turned me into an advocate. Professional, timely, and knowledgeable are some words that come to mind. Communication is always excellent and they look to save the customer on cost where they can.

I had them perform a New York State inspection on my vehicle. They were fair and honest and did not try to sell me a bunch of things I didn’t need. The waiting area was really nice and clean.

I got a frantic call from my daughter, stuck at the mall with her hungry two-year-old. 'Dad, I have a flat!' she said. I went out, removed the flat tire from the car, and took it to the guys at Rust Check. Their service is absolutely on point. I highly recommend these great people. Thank you, guys!

Matt is so nice and super helpful he asked me a lot of questions and made sure to let me know what i needed help on seeing the vehicle and the owner was so awesome he really helped me out and is very straightforward the prices are very good in my opinion if you ever need your car checked out come here 10/10 also they offer coffee ,tea and hot cocoa good to drink while your waiting for your car to get fixed😆

Recommend 100%. Tires rebalanced here after my steering wheel was shaking. Jonathan hooked it up and in 40 min was good to go, no more shake. The price was right and the guys were fun to talk to. We will be back if ever in Watertown again!!
