very honest mechanics and years of experience. My kids broke down on arsenal street and had to have my vehicle towed. Dispatched tow truck immediately and had it taken to the shop where they discovered the fuel pump needed to be replaced. Was able to squeeze in the repair in their super busy schedule and get the vehicle back on the road. A+++++ SERVICE AND PROFESSIONALISM.

U-Haul had us go to Ray's to pick up a truck. Despite being listed as open, there was no one there. When I called Ray's, the guy that answered said he had to call the "boss" and call me back. When he called back, he said that his boss told him no one is there to give us a key to one of the 2 trucks there. Basically, we were out of luck. Thankfully a call to U-Haul fixed the problem, unlike the call to Ray's. I wouldn't recommend them to anyone.
View on GoogleGot caught in the snow storm and had my first accident going off the road. Not only did these guys make it less painful, they were amazing to chat with and kept the mood light which I appreciated. I'm not from the area so they came to tow me out and I'm beyond greatful. Plus the prices were great in comparison to what normal tow companies would charge. Would 10/10 call again if anything happens in that area. A++ service!
View on GoogleWarning: I paid over $500 for a repair that caused over $1,500 in damage. Ray’s shop “fixed” a fuel injector seal, but soon after, my check engine light came on. My local dealer found the same injector had failed again, with a broken bolt, plier marks on the injector, incorrect Teflon tape use, and broken injector plug tabs. These errors caused both the fuel leak and the electrical issue. I do not recommend this shop.
View on GoogleTerrible. Thieves and bullies. My registration was suspended, my fault yes. I didn't realize it. Got pulled over and my car got towed to Ray's. The police assured me I would be able to collect my personal belongings the next day when the shop was open. I went the next day to get my stuff and politely (embarrasedly) explained the situation and immediately the guy in the office was rude and loud with me and said he didn't have to give me anything. Told me to come back when I had the almost $500 (!! Towed less than a mile) to get my car. After I started crying and begged him to please let me get my debit card and my phone so I could get the money I needed he begrudgingly agreed as long as I was fast. He said he had seen my phone in the console and moved it to the passenger seat (why?). Phone was nowhere to be found and he changed his story to "Oh that was the car next to you". I started frantically searching for my phone and he literally shouted at me to "hurry up and get out of there". I explained the police said I could collect my things and he said he didnt care, get out. Phone was nowhere to be found so I asked for my laptop and he refused. He walked up on me (100 lb female) and told me to move and slammed my car door shut. Wouldnt give me back my spare fob I had given him when I arrived and kept saying it wasnt mine despite me having the only Audi in the small lot and having handed it to him less than 5 minutes earlier. I wound up having to snatch it back off his desk when he turned around and I locked my car back up with it on my way out. Wound up having my lending company reposess the car so I could get all my stuff and pay a lower amount to them to get my car back. Also the debit card that was in the car had to be frozen and replaced due to multiple, more than 10, unrecognized charges attempted within 24 hours of my car being towed. Unreal.
