Been a customer for the past couple years. They have always been upfront and honest with what's wrong with my car. Never hassled me, professional, nice to deal with. Never tried to overcharge me on what needed to be fixed.

Great customer service! I needed an inspection on my vehicle, stopped on a lunch hour with no appointment. I was greeted by two very personable employees and a very friendly cat! I was in and out in about 10 minutes, the guy told me about their services offered and a little history on the garage so I took a card and will call there if I need auto repairs. Thanks for the speedy friendly service!

Can't say enough good about Parsons. Had a small brake brake issue. They took my car right in and done within 15 minutes.They do all my inspections and repair services for my vehicle.Great service, prices and no hidden costs.

Maybe last of the shade-tree mechanics and that is a compliment. To fix an issue with our 2017 Chevy Spark they came in almost $1,000.00 less than the next closest estimate with the exact same repair recommended. They stayed in touch on how the car was progressing and even beat-up GM who said they didn't have the parts! They know what they are doing and deliver as promised and on budget. Don't judge this book by its cover. Thank you Parsons!
