I called around to several tire shops looking for tires for my car. Mr. Tire was the only place that had them in stock, so I chose them because I needed the issue fixed quickly since one of my tires was leaking air. After checking in, it took an extremely long time for my tires to be done. At one point, I saw the mechanic bring the manager over to look at my car. When I went to check out, the manager showed me my valve stem bent and broken and claimed it was already like that, saying they didn’t even know how it had been holding air. That didn’t make sense because the valve core was hanging out, and it looked like it had clearly been hit or damaged. The put some universal valve stem in it and said it should work but hey told me if i get a new one he will give me a small discount to replace it lol The next morning, the tire was completely flat. I called and they told me to bring it back in. While I was there, the manager asked if my driver’s door had trouble closing that morning. I told him no, and that their mechanic had no issue when taking my car. He then said there was a large dent and the door was tweaked. When I asked what happened, they tried blaming me and then refused to explain what actually happened. I ended up with about $4,000 in damage to my car. After leaving again, the tire leaked down once more. I took the car to Walmart, and within two minutes they told me my rim was cracked. I’m not saying Mr. Tire cracked the rim, but how do you install new tires twice and not catch a badly cracked rim? The second time they had told me the bead wasn’t seated correctly and that it was fixed. This means the tire was not properly checked either time. A basic soap test would have immediately shown there was a leak. In the end, I paid $1,400 for four new tires, still had the same issue I came in with, and ended up with thousands of dollars in damage to my vehicle. This place is dishonest, careless, and clearly does not properly check the work they do. I paid more here for the convenience of having tires in stock, but I will never return to Mr. Tire. So they will mess up your car then try and blame you for it all

I made an appointment via the # online with a very incompetent operator. And was then transferred to the actual store and was told by a rather gruff individual that the appointment I had just made was "not happening" and I needed to wait another two days. I pushed back and he did eventually agree to "make it happen" as was initially scheduled, and seemed quite put out by doing so. When I got back into my vehicle, the previously pristine steering wheel, shifter and door handle were covered in wet, sandy mud (a lot of it). My tires were put inside my brand new SUV (with light tan interoor) without bags, as was agreed upon, wet, muddy and dripping all over the interior. And all 4 tires they put on were over-inflated by 5 to 7 psi. They also managed to scrape up all four of the very expensive aluminum wheels when they mounted them. Significant damage, not just a little scratch. The TV in the wait area was also set to a very loud and volatile political show, which isn't directly related to the service here, but nonetheless added to my poor experience. I won't be back. Save your money people...go someplace that respects you and your property. And shame on Tire Rack for recommending them!
View on GoogleAwesome service. They explained everything and completed the repairs in a speedy manner. I've done business with them many times and have always had great service and good advice. 10 out of 10 service score.
View on GoogleMr. Tire has genuinely been the most thoughtful experience I have ever had with an auto service company. The team helped me last October with a wheel bearing issue, and then later around November I had more issues with my car. They were honest and openly communicative through the entire process. Unfortunately this new year, my car started having issues again and it appeared to be the wheel bearing issues once more. The team at Mr. Tire handled it personally and professionally. They took care of my car and the repeated issue and made the entire situation practically without stress. They have done me a great service and I will be grateful to them for their work ethic and kindness for a very long time. I cannot recommend their business enough. They are honest and trustworthy professionals who genuinely show care for their customers as well as the vehicles. Thank you, genuinely.
View on GoogleMy wife and I’ve been going to this shop for some time and previously trusted their work, which is why this experience was disappointing. I brought my 2016 Acura RDX in because the rear suspension felt unstable over bumps. The shop recommended replacing the rear shocks and provided an estimate of about $906. When I asked what type of shocks they were installing, the staff member wasn’t able to explain whether they were OEM or aftermarket. I had to ask for the part number myself and look it up afterward. After researching the part number, it appeared the shocks were aftermarket parts that cost significantly less online. Based on the part number, the parts on the estimate seemed to be marked up nearly 200% compared to typical retail pricing. When I asked about the price difference, the only explanation I received was that “that’s how we get sold the parts.” I understand that repair shops need to mark up parts to cover overhead and warranty their work. However, I would have appreciated a clearer explanation about the brand of parts being installed and the pricing. Transparency is important when it comes to repairs like this. I’m not questioning the diagnosis itself, but the lack of clarity about the parts and pricing made the experience feel uncomfortable. If the shop owner would like to clarify the parts being quoted or explain the pricing structure, I would welcome the conversation.
