I bought a truck that I thought was in great shape & long story short it was not. I was scammed by Affordable Auto LLC in Syracuse. However, at Gorilla Auto, Pat & Jaqueline came to the rescue! They were extremely helpful & honest about how to go about my truck frame situation! They got it done with great communication, pointed out all the issues with honesty! After all was said & done in a timely they gave me a GREAT reasonable price! Weld job was done beautifully and I will always go back to them! Thank you both!! (Before/After Pictures)

Oh my goodness, literally the best mechanic i have ever been to. Me and my husband have been to 4 different shops to get the same electrical issues fixed. They would say it was fixed and then it would break again. The other shops would also try and rip us off. So we held off on fixing our electrical till now. It’s almost winter time and we need everything in tip top shape. After reading reviews for each shop, the Gorilla Automotive shop looked the most promising so we gave it a shot. And I’m glad we did! They are a small family business and very personal. Booking the appointment was easy and the wife was super nice. When i first showed up to my appointment i met with the husband, and he was down to earth and super easy to talk to. He explained what he was going to do to the truck and what may happen. When we got the truck back it was amazing. He fixed everything and fixed the other shops mess. Will now be going to them for as long as we are in New York. You will never find a good shop like this one. They value being honest and making show you understand everything about your car.

I had a aftermarket bumper lying around for a while and finally wanted to have it put on my Jeep Wrangler. I called around, and Gorilla Automotive was able to put the bumper and fog lights on for me. The turnover was so quick! They scheduled me asap, and got it done very quickly! My Jeep looks absolutely fantastic and I can't thank Gorilla Automotive enough. You can't beat their prices and they were super helpful and kind. We will be back!!
