My Car would not drive past 40 miles an hour, sputtered, check engine light was on. I Stopped at GWIZZ as this was the 1st shop I saw and it had car rental as well. Originally, I was supposed to have the rental car for 4 days - 4 days turned into two weeks because they claimed they could not get the parts. It would have been longer if I had not asked for the car back until the parts came in. OVER $2000 for alleged car repairs and OVER $1000 for the car rental with THREE VISITS - check engine light back on, car still sputters, and it drives over 40mph but still sputters. Unfortunately, I will take to another repair shop instead of returning to pay $129 to check something that was not repaired from the initial two visits. The staff is friendly, but friendly with subpar repairs is not helpful.

Listen to me people dont ever take your car there to get worked on whatsoever if I could have left a no star I would have. I took my car in for an oil leak mind you my car has been running very well I keep it maintained with repairs cause I do travel work i never had any problems out of my Honda. I knew it was the crankshaft seal that was leaking which is very common in Hondas. The guy called me when they were about to close saying I needed a motor I said how the car hasn't been running hot, no check engine light on, no mechanical issues besides the oil leak the guy said he was gonna charge me 5900 to put a new motor in wit labor so I said nevermind. I went and got a second opinion and they said the same thing I said the seal and they charged me 325 and my problem is fixed vs a 5900 bill I couldn't afford right on the spot. Please people pay attention this shop will have you in the hole beware im telling you worst shop I ever been to and the people in Watertown talks about how terrible they are Please believe these comments then they charge you crazy prices on diagnostics and dont touch a thing. They are out for themselves and just a money grab

This team of men are truly like the band of Brothers. I drive a 2014 Subaru Forrester that I bought off a side lot a year ago, it has caused me nothing but problems. I’ve done most of my own work and I’ve tried to take it to additional mechanics and tell them what I knew was wrong, but nobody would listen to what I had to say or take me seriously. This team not only listened, but also addressed my concerns without any pressure of fixing things that did not need to be fixed. They have been truthful. They have been honest, but most of all they were willing and able to address any concerns that I had. My car runs like brand new. I am super amazed! Their pricing is fair, and they even helped me get to and from work. My car was in the shop and out the same day! thank you guys! I can never express the amount of gratitude I have, and I look forward to continuing to do business, no matter where I am. I WILL bring my car back there.

not a lot of good things to say really. i will the staff was friendly. but the communication between the staff is awful. i gave one guy a full list of things i wanted a diagnosis on, and only got an update on two of the issues. the next person i spoke with said he didn’t know of these other issues and they weren’t recorded anywhere or communicated to him. considering i was charged nearly $300 for a diagnostics, i would’ve expected more information. the $300 diagnostic only included checking my wheel bearing and plugging in a code reader (the thing you can have done for free at most places). i was quoted nearly 1200 for wheel bearings… every shop i called after that quoted me less than $650. i’ve complained to a few people and they’ve had similar experiences with them. not really impressed with the service and won’t be back. definitely wouldn’t recommend to anyone else. i hate to talk poorly of a local business but this was kind of outrageous.

Failed my father’s car for inspection for “brake pedal going down too fast” while his brakes were completely fine. He got passed by another facility within hours. They are money hungry and will lie to you about your vehicle to get more money out of you.
