Fast Lube of Watertown

Been taking my vehicle here for almost 5 years they are always fast and courteous.

Great service. Last oil change appointment staff noticed a small oil leak and let me inspect it with him. They gave me the option to proceed with the oil change or not. If they hadn't brought it to my attention I might not have known in time to have my car fixed while still covered under warranty.

In and out very fast nothing great nothing bad just fast service

I have used them in the past and was normally pretty pleased with them up until a recent experience. I took my car to them for an oil change and after about 5 minutes they informed me that my oil pan was “cracked” and they wouldn’t work on it. They kept mentioning a Wal-Mart sticker being present on the pan, because that’s who did my previous oil change, and were attributing the supposed damage to them. I immediately left with my vehicle and took it to Mavis to see if they could replace my oil pan, since I was supposedly in need of a new one. Long story short, Mavis checked the entire pan and couldn’t find any cracks. They showed me a cracked gasket for where the drain plug goes, which they replaced, but there were no other signs of damage. I will not be taking my vehicle to Fast Lube ever again.
