I brought my vehicle in for repairs and the whole process was seamless. Brandi and Fran were incredible and knowledgeable. I even spoke with the tech, Jacob, who walked me through what he found and explained everything in detail. I 100% recommend!

Came in off the street with a major problem. Fran listened and acted immediately. Everyone that I dealt with there went above and beyond. Very courteous and professional.

The technicians at Davidson Nissan was great at identifying issues that another auto parts store overlooked, telling me everything was fine, and resolved them. My truck is now much quieter and running smoothly . Kevin Gay at the service department was very professional and expedient. He helped ensure everything was done in a timely manner and that I had a rental vehicle while mine was being repaired.

Davidson Nissan on Washington Street in Watertown is the best Dealership/Mechanic shop I’ve ever had the pleasure of working with in my 35 years on this earth!!! This is not an Exaggeration at all! The customer service is leaps & bounds over any dealership/Auto Shop I’ve ever dealt with. They work together like a family. They pride themselves on helping their customers. They take the time to answer all your questions and even explain everything in a way anyone could understand. They even take the time to make honest & helpful suggestions on parts & services. No one else does that! They don’t just get you in & kick you out like it’s Walmart! They also get you in for services that day or the next maybe if they need to order a part they still get you in within a few days NOT WEEKS like other dealerships/auto shops!! I can’t say enough good things about Davidson Nissan! Every person I spoke/dealt with from the parts department to service department was a joy to deal with. They had no problem taking time out of their busy day to make sure all my questions/concerns were properly addressed. I actually learned a lot about parts & services. I will not be going back to my local Ford dealership where my family has bought 20+ vehicles over 20 years on top of personally knowing the finance manager, the receptionist whom I went to school with & 4 of the salesman, two in witch their father owned the dealership so now they do. Unfortunately this Ford dealership treated me just like anyone else and didn’t appreciate mine & my family’s business/loyalty over 20+ years. I live on a fixed income so money is extremely tight & it’s hard to afford maintenance/repairs. As they were doing a transmission flush/fill which is costly on my budget they surprised me by installing the spark plugs & fuel filter I had bought siting in my front seat that I was going to install myself to save money without charging me a dime!!! They did everything they could to take care of me and make sure I was completely satisfied with their service & would be a repeat customer which I absolutely will be until the day I die. It was also my first experience with them and that’s how they treated me! I really could have cried. I’ve already made an appointment for them to install my winter tires when it’s time. I will be bringing them a dozen donuts from dunkin as soon as my car is finished. No one asked me to write this review which I never write reviews but they deserve the recognition! If anyone needs anything done to their vehicles please please give them a call or stop in you will not regret it I promise you!!!
