Davidson Ford Service

First experience in service department was not a good one, due to staffing shortages I had vehicle in shop all day and was not finished. I made complaint online, and Asia immediately called me to correct the situation. They rescheduled my appointment after I decided I would never use them again or ever buy a vehicle from them. Their attempt at correcting the situation made me change my mind from a 1star to a 5star. They didn't have to make this right, but they did. That speaks volumes to me, I will definitely use again in future and buy a vehicle from Davidson. Great job Asia, you made my unpleasant experience one that I will not forget.

I recently registered my car from GA to NY state and getting my car inspected was just another thing to add to the list of things needed to be done. (The list is long when moving from another state). I feel that Gavin did a very thorough inspection on my car and communicated with me about what I needed to make my car safe to drive. When Carmen billed me out, she explained what I was being billed for in a professional and courteous manner. She ever gave me an Automobile Status Report with my paperwork, detailing all of the areas of my car that Gavin inspected, which i thought was very cool. I must add that all of the ladies working at the counter were all smiling and friendly while I was there. I am very happy with my experience with Davidson Ford!

Tech: KOLBY BANACH and Asia Wells were awesome. I had Davidson Ford come to my home in Alexandria Bay and do my oil change here on the property. I was able to keep working while they rotated my tires, did a complete oil change and changed my filters. I HIGHLY recommend this service.

Staying at Long Point State Park and needed an oil change and tire pressure check. We called several different places in Watertown and no one had a bay big enough for our RV… Davidson Ford Service offered to send out a mobile service to do the work here at the campground. We took our RV up to the campground maintenance area and all the work was done without ever leaving the park. And the technician Colby was as nice a guy as they come. We would recommend Davidson Ford Service to anyone.

While the lady I talked to was nice, they will not service my explore because it has more than 100,000 miles. I have always used ford dealers with no issues in multiple states. Unfortunately this left a sour taste and we will not be using this for our other vehicle either
