Kimberly was an amazing help getting my car diagnosed and helping me order the correct parts. She gave me an amazing quote on how much the parts would cost and even called my extended warranty company for me. If you’re going to ford anytime soon I recommend going to Kimberly

The truck shop was able to fit me in late notice to mount and balance four tires. Not only did the technician did the job quickly but he caught that I needed a new valve stem and replaced it so it wouldn't leak and leave me stranded. I feel safer with the new tires and I am grateful for the technician Jesse and the advisor Amber for the exceptional service. I will be contacting them for all future services I need.

I find myself having to update this review... I do not recommend coming here for anything other then general maintenance, and even then is now questionable... Yes the staff is very warm and friendly. They had completed most of my repairs, but others they didnt. And then I learned they were trying to get me to do repairs and maintenance on things that were not needed. Their last inspection of my vehicle stated I needed over 6k in repairs. Most made no sense to me. Took my truck to 3 different locations for another opinion and the 6k in services were not needed. For example: they said I needed an alignment and my tires rotated and balenced. I explained I had a warrenty elsewhere and proceeded to take it to that location. Turns out none of the above was needed. They even showed me the alignment test they conducted. Same thing happened with 3 other repairs that Davidson said I needed. I still have a warrenty on my vehicle so i took it to that location. Turns out those weren't covered under my warrenty but they also were not needed either. Those repairs would have been the most expensive. Same thing regarding my brakes and rotors when I did the second opinion on them! I was dumbfounded! Becareful going to this place, they will try to take advantage.

Great service! Quick Turnaround! They switched out my winter tires, oil change, and alignment.

Davdison’s (specifically Amber) went above and beyond with the repair of my truck. They worked diligently to get my extended warranty released to be able to complete the repair. They communicated with me each step of the way regarding the status of my repair. I am very pleased with the service I received.
