Davidson Chevrolet Buick GMC Service

Never go to Davidson GMC in Watertown’s service department! They’re completely incompetent of completing work in a timely manner, quoting anything NEAR the correct price they’ll charge when they finally tell you your vehicle is ready, or answering phone calls or texts/updating customers. What was supposed to be fixed in the fall was not fully fixed. They quoted around $1500 and charged us $2300. Then we had to bring it back(for the same codes no less) and they charged us another $700 and had the car for 5 weeks! Whether a part “came damaged”, things got broken during repairs, or WHAT, the date it was supposed to be done kept getting pushed and they didn't keep us updated without being repeatedly contacted, or us showing up to ask. When we complained, it “wasn’t their fault”. Never is, is it? Ridiculous. Don’t go there!

I brought my 22 GMC Sierra in for the Buy 3 Get one for $1 tire sale. Sandra was awesome!!! She took care of my tires and also informed me of free mounting and balancing with the purchase of my alignment. I got a really good deal and service was great. I will be coming back!!!!!

I am having a problem with side mirrors dimming and staying dim so you can't see out of them at night. I made an appointment for this issue in January, telling them I wanted an appointment before my warranty expired. They scheduled me for morning of February 17, 2025, which I was assuming was fine because I picked up and signed my paperwork for my new truck on 2/19/22. Get to my appointment morning of 2/17/25 (Monday) and they tell me there is a $168 diagnostic fee because the warrenty expired Friday, 2/14/25. So even though I made the appointed week's prior, explaining i wanted it looked at prior to my warrenty expiring, I needed to pay the fee. Even if they couldn't duplicate the problem. Even though it was literally 2 business hours past my warrenty expiration. That's how you retain customers.... And to reply to your response....it absolutely, most definitely, was mentioned at the time of scheduling.

First off this is the most upright service department I have ever came across. Sky was obdurate about making sure I was squared away even though I was late for my appointment. For all who read this Hayden is a confident and caring auto mechanic professional. He made me feel like working on my vehicle was personal. If there were more stars they would get them all. Trust when I say this is a competent service department. I will be sticking with them. Thanks guys.

They refuse to service any vehicle that has more than 100,000 miles or 10 years old seems like a horrible policy .
