Great customer service, competitive prices, and a friendly smile are always a sure thing with Scott & his team there. Even though we moved away we still have Nichols work on our vehicles to this day. I wouldn’t recommend this shop-their towing services are outrageous and the individual was pretty rude. They also don’t take AAA for a reason 🤷🏼‍♂️ Updates 7/23- Thank you for the response. It was late in the evening and was something that wasn’t put much thought into. When the individual among the towing showed up, we asked if he took triple A and were told “why are you showing me that we don’t do anything with that.” In a rude manner. On top of this, we asked about fees and how to get the vehicle and were told “I don’t handle that just show up.” That was all we spoke to the person who towed our vehicle. He was not nice or mild mannered at all. The last name is Lopez. I would try to be as nice as I could, because I understand you’re a small business, however. My interactions with the towing and the additional charges were frustrating. I don’t want similar individuals to deal with the same thing. I was never offered the option of triple A from your company.

From inspections to repairs to routine maintenance, these guys are the best around. Need an inspection? You’re in and out with a nice area to wait, need diagnostics and a repair? These guys will nail the correct diagnosis and fix the issue without up-charging and trying to scam you out of more money, need simple routine maintenance? Brought my own brakes and rotors in, had me done in a little over 2 hours for a great deal. If you’re looking for any type of service, I highly recommend these guys for about anything!

The best repair shop in the area! Called to have a loud noise looked at and they were able to get me in the same day, figured out what was wrong, brought me in the back to show me exactly what the issue was, and even fixed it right then! Being a young college student living 5 hours from the area, I was skeptical about receiving services from an unfamiliar shop. This shop exceeded my expectations and even past experiences at local shops. Scott and his staff are friendly, spot on, and truly do treat everyone like family! Cannot recommend this place enough!!
