Sales person Nate was very helpful and accommodating. He made it reassuring for me to make a 13 hr roundtrip drive from Queens NY, by providing additional pictures and videos. And the sales process went very smoothly. We communicate via email prior. Tony was a legend, he assisted with getting my MR2 on trailer. Great team.

I was surprised and pleased with my purchase experience at Barry’s Auto Center. Our salesman was Tracy H. And he immediately made us feel comfortable. He was knowledgeable, patient and inspired trust. I have never felt this good about car sales people I have dealt with over the years. Tracy took good care of us and got us in and out pretty quickly. I love my new car. The car is pristine and suits me perfectly. I’d like to thank Tracy for the best car purchase experience I’ve ever had over many years. This place rules I just wanted to write a review. I bought an Impala 2011 3 years ago. To drive from Ithaca to Cortland 5 days a week. I've put 90,000 mi on it all highway within these 3 years. This car has been amazing. Still no rust just like when I bought it. Rides like a gem amazing car.

I just opened an equipment rental business and Barry's Auto center was my first stop. From start to finish customer service was on point! They took the time to stay open late on Saturday afternoon so that I could look around and decide on a few purchases, when I stopped by last minute. From the very first meeting to handing over the check and driving off with our two new trailers Barry's Auto Center and our team built trust and rapport. We're looking forward to continuing to work with Tracy, Andy and the rest of the team in the future.

All around great experience. Andy was able to get me a great deal on a very nice used work van which fit my budget and got me back in business quickly. They also went through the entire vehicle from front to back. They replaced a pretty substantial list of parts and even put brand new tires on it before I picked it up, and they did it all for the advertised price. 5/5 I would highly recommend Barry’s Auto Center to anyone in need of a high quality used vehicle.
