I had a great experience at this location. They were very quick to schedule me, and once I was there they were courteous, timely, and kept me very informed on the status of my car. There was an issue with the alignment I got, but I came back and they were very quick to rectify the issue. I will happily do business here again!

I came in to get three tires replaced on warranty. I was told the tires would be available from another store by 5 o’clock in the evening “or tomorrow morning“. They were not available that evening, and when I called the next morning I had to call three times Before I got to a human being who told me he had no idea when the tires would arrive. I heard nothing for the rest of the day. They claim they called me and got voicemail, but I have literally no record of that. No missed calls; no voicemail. After several attempts to reach them by phone in which no one picked up for 3 to 5 minutes at a time. I finally went to the store around 5 and found that the tires were available. Now I have to leave the car and pick it up after their closing hours. The place is wildly understaffed, and they weren’t even willing to honor all of the warranty on my three tires. They said it was a matter of millimeters. customer service apparently did not matter.

I brought my car in for a new gas tank. I asked them to give me a call with a quote for the tank and labor and approximate timeframe if it needed to be ordered. They called me to tell me it would be $900 for a new tank and that I shouldn't invest in it because there's a hole in my frame. Mind you, I just had it inspected 2 months ago with the exact mechanic that was looking at it this time. There wasn't a hole, they put a hole in it and admitted to it. They said the mechanic put his finger through it but it definitely looks like it was hit with a hammer. Why are you poking at my frame when it's there for a gas tank replacement? Now I'm being told I won't be able to get it inspected next year because they put a hole in the frame and I should just buy a new car, when I just bought this car 2 months ago. I used to work here, I know the game and it's not cool.

Very professional, and they listen to me, as to what could possibly be wrong with my vehicle. They also make recommendations based on immediate necessity and/or future. Greatly appreciate this team, I’ve been with them for years! Thank you for helping me keep my vehicle on the road.
