Joe is just awesome! We have an Icon golf cart that needed some warranty work performed. We didn't even buy it from Joe, but he is the nearest authorized dealer to us. The level of service he provided was excellent. He never once mentioned, well you didn't buy it from me. His primary focus is on doing his very best to serve your needs. The part we needed was on backorder and he went to great lengths talking to Icon and the warranty company and ultimately succeeded in getting approval to replace the whole assembly instead of just the one part that was on backorder. He knew I used it at our business and that it was really hindering us, not to have it. So thanks again, Joe, for your outstanding customer service!

I would leave no stars if I could. These crooked dealers sold us a pile of junk, wouldn't stand by it when it quit working, blamed us for it, charged us over $400 to fix it. It still doesn't work correctly. It ran for a couple hours and went right back to not working. They recorded my husband picking it up, wouldn't take his card to pay for repairs. They put a "new" battery in, which we ended up taking to Auto Zone. They couldn't even identify it and it had no charge. We spent $75 on a new battery and it still doesn't run. They've treated us like we're trash and all we wanted was a 4-wheeler for our son. I wouldn't buy single thing from them ever again.

Customer service is par the cars that are sold don’t last more than a year I definitely will not be buying cars from here again the term lemon car is real when it comes to sales with this business. Once I purchased my car two weeks in I’ve had an caliper fuse to the rotor in the front I called the company and they said take it up with the warranty… no it was within 30 days which constitutes that the business must take care of the issue and he did the only stipulation to the fixing of the issue was if I put a good review on their google reviews…then my oil pressure sending unit failed then oil dripping from the units then my sub frame rotted out from the NY salt I should be able to drive my car however many miles without issues and customer service and care lacked there to get it fixed and parts are discontinued so I have a $12,000 final pay with interest absolutely absurd for a car that they purchased for only $1500 at auction
