I’ve been to Monroe Muffler in Brockport, NY several times now, and I continue to be impressed every visit. Since CJ took over as manager, the service has been outstanding. Both CJ and Nate, along with the mechanic Shannon, consistently provide exceptional service. CJ truly goes above and beyond to take care of the customer. The whole team is professional, honest and reliable. They always make me feel confident in the work being done. I will definitely continue returning and I highly recommend Monroe Muffler in Brockport, New York to anyone looking for great service and trustworthy people.

The people here are amazing, very friendly and helpful. They take the time to explain the issues and got me in and out quickly. Car issues are a major stress and the people here really alleviate the stress factor. I really appreciate them and have recommended this particular Monro shop in Brockport NY to my friends!

Employees were pleasant to deal with and were interested to hear what my issue was. My car was shaking and kept pulling to the left even though I had an alignment the week before. It was determined that I needed a tire replaced so I had to purchase two tires and have another wheel alignment. Problem solved.

Came in for balance and tire rotation. Had auto at reputable service station the day before with no issues. The " manager" told me I needed front brakes and he would be afraid to drive car out of the lot...Total BS! Then tried to charge me for balancing. I showed him my contract that it was free.... He said he was unaware of that! More BS. .Brockport is total rip off. ....If I could give minus stars I would

I only went here because I needed an urgent appointment for a tire and it was the only place that could (reluctantly) see me on short notice. First issue is they use an Indian call center for scheduling. So they double booked and had to ask me to come in later. I planned my whole day around that and had a very important appointment that afternoon, so I had to hope they could get it done in time. They were all so unprofessional except for one older guy. The technician was 40 minutes late. Showed up wearing sweatpants and crocs which doesn't seem safe for working in the bay? The guy at the desk was just filling in because apparently they don't even have a manager right now, and it shows. It was like when the teacher is gone and all the kids act up. They were constantly swearing, joking around, asking me if I'm having fun waiting and if I wanted to yell at the guy for being late. The "manager" left his tablet on full blast on some random YouTube video and then left it on while he wasn't even in the room and had phone calls on speakerphone with more swearing. It was obnoxious. They're just totally out of touch with how to act at a job and talk to customers. I did explain my situation and they got it done with just 10 minutes to spare, so I do appreciate that at least. And it seems to have been done properly. But this place desperately needs real management to oversee their employees and train them properly on how to act, which I thought would be standard at a corporate chain but I guess not. They're also extremely understaffed, so I imagine it's not a good place to work. I will never go back.
