They were able to get my waterpump replaced wi the in the same day, did a coolant flush and replaced the serpentine belt. The 3 stars is because when they refilled my coolant tank, they filled it below the minimum line. It was at full before the flush

My daughter Brought her car in for her first inspection. Guy sold her rear brakes and rotors , told she needed to pass . Car had less than 4000 miles since all brakes and rotors were replaced . Saw my girl coming a mile away. Sleep well .....I will never recommend Warren tire to anyone ever again .

Mechanic got in my freshly detailed 2024 Model Y absolutely filthy and left dirt and grime all over my white seats. After I asked them to clean it, the mechanic comes out with a FILTHY rag. Will not return.

My husband brought my car in for an oil change, inspection and tpms replacement. Came out with a ticking noise at 25mph and no resolution. They stated it sounded like an axle issue... odd how I've had the vehicle for two years and the day I bring my car to Warren Tire, it results in an 'axle issue'. Will never bring a vehicle to warren tire nor recommend them to anyone else.

I had a flat tire in the Lake Placid and needed to get to Syracuse for a family reunion on Labor Day weekend. They had the tire size I needed in stock and were also very helpful offering me guidance. They were closing early on this Saturday and so did all the check in over the phone to make sure I could be fit in before the end of the day. It took awhile to get there as I was driving on a spare, but they still took the job knowing I was a bit stuck. They had everything wrapped up in 45 minutes and I still made it to spend the weekend with family. Very grateful to the team for the quality professional service on the holiday weekend! Also very reasonable prices.
