My wife and I had a wonderful experience with Adirondack Truck Repair! We took our truck to them for a diagnostic. They assessed the truck incredibly fast and found the issue in an extremely timely manner. Unfortunately, the outcome for the truck itself would involve an entire new engine rebuild. However, everyone there had been extremely wonderful to work with. Amanda, their receptionist, was absolutely amazing. She kept in continual contact with us, communicated everything on their end, and sent over to us via text any notes that the mechanic gathered about the truck. There was no stone left unturned. She even brought us back into the garage where we were able to talk to one of their mechanics who directly showed us what happened to the truck. Their customer care is exceptional and they genuinely made us feel cared for, and felt genuine sorrow about the outcome of our vehicle. We’d 100% recommend them and trusted them completely with our truck!

Went in for an inspection on my 33 ft motor home. They got me in at my appointment time. I was back on the road within 20 minutes. Very friendly, courteous and professional.

We were so lucky to find this local to us shop to do a modification repair to our newly installed MorRyde Independent Suspension System on our travel trailer. (We had gotten the suspension system installed right at MorRyde in IN at their plant but it needed modification afterwards). From the start the folks at ADK Truck Repair were receptive and courteous on the phone to understand our issue and book our appointment. We appreciated the reminder call for our appointment and their patience when we were unavoidably a little late to the appointed time. The tech's took time to call MorRyde to verify the install process and the job was done professionally. Their service area is spotless, well maintained and area large enough to easily move around even our 56' length of rig and truck. Their per hour cost for shop hours were in line with area shops. We will definitely use them again when the need arises. There is further evidence of their good reputation and work in that we saw other municipal and local emergency vehicles in there for repairs.

Amanda was extremely kind and helpful getting my truck in for an alignment. I was able to discuss my concerns with the technician, Patrick. He did a great job aligning my truck. I brought my old f250 diesel in for a major overhaul, the transmission was was spent, front end needed work, and other basic maintenance. They were able to replace everything professionally and very prompt. I would highly recommend these guys for any repairs. Top notch place, friendly staff too. Thanks again adk truck repair.
