I visited this shop to replace my car headlight, and I had a great experience. The staff was very friendly, professional, and efficient. They completed the work quickly and made sure everything was done perfectly. A special thanks to Danica, who was extremely helpful, friendly, and knowledgeable throughout the process. I didn’t realize my front 2 tires needed to be replaced asap. I was out of town and needed to drive 45 mins back home with my daughter. I got to Adirondack tire an hour before close. They replaced all 4 of my tires and gave me a discount. The staff were wonderful and knowledgeable. They explained everything to me plainly. They did great work. I will be bringing my car back. Thank you to everyone who helped get me and daughter home safely.

Was told they had a tire in my price range, but had to have it brought up from another store. Okay. Scheduled for the tire change, 4 tires. Given quote. Got there, and took it right in. Great! Uh, there's a problem. A caliper is sticking. Really? I just drove 47 miles here. No smell of hot brakes. Figured okay, what's a caliper going to cost. He states and I quote " I can do it for 150.00". Okay do it. Then at checkout, oh that was just the part cost. You have labor to change it. Wait I asked what it cost to have the new caliper put on. Not the part cost. Then the all time mechanics scam. We should do a brake flush. Ummm, really? It's a closed system. Heated brake fluid doesn't flow to another wheel. It stays where it lives, working that caliper. Humor me, what's that cost? 99 bucks. So four tires, which would have been 550 bucks turns into over a thousand. I guess they didn't like that I didn't want to spend a lot on a 12 year old vehicle. I was going to make a scene, but they had other customers coming in. I definitely will not be back there for anything again. Enjoy that money Mavis. May the wonderful miss karma shine her love on you eternally.

We were driving from Vermont to New Jersey for the holidays when the car started vibrating. We stopped at a few tire places but they were all booked. We drove into Adirondack Tire in Queensbury, NY. They were amazing. They fixed the problem and balanced the tires and we were on our way. Everyone was professional and personable. And just so nice to fix the car on such late notice. It was a great Christmas present. I highly recommend them.
