Barrett Auto Service Center

I went to Barrett’s last week for an oil change & it was the best experience I’ve ever had in an auto body shop! The waiting room is spotless & includes free drinks and snacks! The employees couldn’t have been any nicer…. they explain everything & even offer to let you meet your mechanic! The price is excellent and includes a gift certificate for a $30 car wash @ a car wash nearby. I have told friend’s & family to check it out! Also received a bonus as my tire pressure light has been on for a couple years with different auto places turning it off only to come back on in a few days or sometimes before I got home…my light is still off after a week! Highly recommended Barrett’s Auto!

Went for an oil change which was cheaper than the “quick” chain businesses I had went to before, with the most recent one (not securing the cap properly and I was leaking oil). They were super welcoming (offering free coffee and snacks) and had me come into the shop to meet the mechanic and to look at the underside of my car telling me that everything looked great, unlike others who don’t and might tell you you need work done (by them). I really appreciated the transparency and was overall very happy with the service I received.

We brought my GMC Terrain in for new tires and an oil change and I was able to pick up a loaner vehicle to use throughout the day and when i came back my car was sparkling clean after a car wash which was such a pleasant surprise! They also did a full diagnostic on my car to see if anything else needed! My husband will be bringing his new corvette there for an inspection this week and I'll be bringing my car in next month for my inspection! Matt recommended some fantastic Hankook tires for my terrain and we were able to get rebates to save a lot of money on some really nice tires! They were quick, efficient, and went above and beyond for us! We will absolutely be back!

Great family generation repair shop. Super friendly and honest. Matt does a great job taking time to analyze the issue and explain it to the customer. He works with the customer to ensure they know exactly what the issue is and options on how to best address. They take you into the shop and show you exactly what is wrong so you gain trust and know they are not fixing things that are not the issue. Free snacks on the waiting rooms a plus!🙂

Just an oil change and inspection but it was out of the ordinary. I met and chatted with the owner, Matt Barrett and was encouraged to go in the service area to meet the mechanic and get under my vehicle. More than reasonable price for the full synthetic oil change with filter upgrade. I will certainly use them again. Worth the 45 minute drive.
