D'ELLA Buick GMC Service Department

I normally do all my vehicle maintenance myself- I've done everything from oil changes and spark plugs to engine installs and rebuilds. But I found myself in a bind far from home and without the tools, time, or space to fix an issue that would've prevented me from being able to drive home. All that to say, I don't trust folks with my vehicles very easily. Not only was the D'ella GMC service team able to get me taken care of, they had me resting easy that I was in good hands. They were able to squeeze me in and get me on my way same day with a full fix. Savannah communicated perfectly, laying out our plan for diagnosis and following up with a schedule for getting parts in and having them installed. She called me with updates throughout the process, just as I would've liked, without my having to ask. Josh handled my repair perfectly, with a pinpoint diagnosis and a speedy and quality repair. He kept the old part around for me to look at and was able to tell me that it was not an uncommon failure method and that he's performed that exact repair before. I wouldn't have gotten back on the road were it not for his competency. I wouldn't hesitate to bring any of my vehicles back to the D'ella service team and would recommend them for service on any of my friends' and family's vehicles, and I really can't thank or express my appreciate for Savannah and Josh enough.

I bought my car from D’ella and have needed a couple of things done in the last year or so. I’ve worked with Damien every time and he’s just been wonderful to work with! Everything I needed was under warranty and we got things all squared away a couple of months after I got the car and I haven’t needed anything since. However, this past weekend my thermostat went and GMC makes it difficult to replace requiring a large amount of labor go into it. I called around locally as I live in Latham now and got some hefty quotes. So I emailed Damien. I explained I’m 9 months pregnant and going to the hospital Thursday night for induction and needed something done fast and wanted a quote. The initial quote I got was lower than the other shops close to me and he said he was going to squeeze me in and get the work done immediately understanding I need my car back before the baby is here. Several hours later he called me back to tell me that he had done some research and found out my thermostat was covered under the powertrain warranty and instead of costing $1000 was going to be free of charge if in fact that was the issue. He also said he would take care of a recall he noticed and noticed I needed my inspection done so he did that too. My total bill was $21 instead of over $1k and he had it done in a couple of hours ready to go for me. I can’t thank him enough or the tech who worked on it for making things happen so quickly for me and saving me $1000 right before I’m about to have a newborn. I will always highly recommend d’ella but specifically Damien. He is a true gem! He’s always been so kind and helpful and really saved the day!

Very nice service department, needed recall airbag replacement. Work done neatly and finished at proposed time. Friendly and knowledgable personnel from check-in to pick-up.
