Valvoline Instant Oil Change

I drove in on a Saturday morning for an oil change. I only had to wait about 10 minutes (they were very busy with all bays full) before I pulled in for service. The gentleman who spoke with me, Dan, was very friendly and helpful, and the other employees completing the service were fast and friendly. It truly did only take 15 minutes for the oil change (and installing new wipers) and it could not have been any easier!

The crew that it’s at 740 Glen Street Queensbury, location is absolutely phenomenal. Will be a professional efficient background and a job. I would not go anywhere else to have my friends here. I feel appreciate it now I’m a customer. They treat their own vehicle that I’m extremely Grateful. Thank you so much that’s great.

The only place I will EVER go for my oil change service! Drew and the team at the Glen Street location are always absolutely wonderful! Dan, Mike, and Erwin are always so helpful and good natured and I always leave with a smile on my face, and the knowledge that my vehicle is always taken care of. Had my oil changed here on April 10th. On April 13th, my car ended up broken down on the side of the turnpike. The problem was a failed Mass Air Flow sensor and the cause was determined to be the air filter had been installed improperly. The dealership determined the air filter had been installed backwards. While they were unable verify the filter was installed improperly at the time the vehicle was towed in, they were able to confirm there was dirt in both sides of the filter. Either VOIC installed the filter backwards, or it was installed backwards when new and it had been backwards for the previous 5k miles and they 'corrected' it, this mass air flow sensor was damaged due to their actions. What is annoying is I sat in my vehicle and watched the 'lead' tech explain the importance of installing the filter the right way to the subordinate and it was most likely this action that resulted in my vehicle breaking down and having to be towed. The mechanic at the dealership did state that if the filter had been installed backwards to begin with, I would not have had a problem if the tech had just put it back the way he found it or suggested I replace the filter. Thanks for the $400 damage you did to my vehicle! I won't be back...
