Samantha in service was awesome to deal with. Our truck arrived and left before I had a chance to ask what ETA to bay would be for diagnoses. They had needed parts in stock and replaced under warranty! Truck was back on the road within couple hours.

Wonderful team! We received an amazing service -A1. They helped us a great deal with our motorhome, had the Compressor changed. Accepted to keep it plugged inside so we would’nt loose our food. Really recommand them. Special thanks to Gared and Brandon.

These guy's were absolutely fantastic with me. I had a Oil leak on my semi truck heading back to Canada, called in at 7am on the Monday morning without appointment, they were busy with local guy's rigs preparing for winter. Told them the issue and I had no choice but to sit with it. They went out of their way to get me diagnosed within 2 hours and had all the parts available which in this day is very rare. They had it stripped, rebuilt by Tuesday lunchtime and I was on my way home. Gared the service manager was super nice and personable and really stepped up to get me sorted. I definitely recommend this place.

On a recent trip to Lake George, my RV started to overheat and had to get towed, after a few phone calls I found Tracey Roads, It took a few days after the RV arrived at there Queensbury Location, but they were able to find the issue, order the parts and get the job done, I was a little disappointed to find my house batteries completely dead, but I charged them up and all is good! just completed a 2500 mile trip and no issues, Thanks Tracey Roads.....
