These guys are amazing! Can’t not say enough good about the team of individuals who work here. They are always there to help and support my needs. I know when it comes to my automotive needs they are just one call away and they try their best to get me in right away with the best prices. I trust them and this place is what I consider my home shop for my automotive repairs small or large they are always my first choice. Joe is amazing he always has taken good care of me and treats me like family. I would recommend this shop to anyone.

I’ve gone to Steve Shannon numerous times, I was recommended by a friend and now I have my boyfriend go there to for his car and inspection. The Manager Joe is very compassionate and honest. He will tell you upfront what work is needed but is never trying to make anyone’s day or life harder. As a girl i’ve found myself to get ripped off and lied to quite frequently at auto shops, this is the only place that hasnt made me feel dumb or blindsided when the total comes. I can trust work being done with my vehicle and my friends

I use Steve Shannon when ever I need something done to my car. The staff are amazing workers show you what is going on with your car explain and honestly never try to sell something not needed or take advantage of people. I had no appointment today I walked in to have my headlight changed and oil charges and Joe said hi Debbie how can I help you this is the only time I have gone into a place where they remembered my mane it was the best experience. The queensbury store I love and I will continue to go. Thanks Joe and the crew that worked on my car today you were all amazing.

Joe was very knowledgeable of the tires and service for my vehicle. He took the time to explain the pros and cons of each tire. Customer service was the best I've experienced in a long time. Definitely going to be a repeat customer!!
