Jackson (our salesman) stayed very late- over 2 hours , as well as Dave ( our service contract consultant), to make our deal happen. We were traveling, and we had decided to go an hour and a half out of the way, but on our way home, to try and pick up our car that day. We got there later than expected, but they were troopers, and did a ton of work for us to get us the car that evening anyway. We were greatly appreciative that they decided to do this for us. They went above and beyond for us. They were friendly, knowledgable, and seemed very genuine in nature. We got a great car at a great price. We highly recommend this used car outlet and If the need arises, we will recommend this outlet to friends and family. We purchased a service contract through Dave that covers the used car for 100,000 miles beyond our 66,000 miles that were already on the car. This is a great relief knowing that we have such a comprehensive coverage policy that includes a great deal of parts and labor for parts , that can be very expensive if the car has a break down.Thanks for all your help guys. Great experience buying a preowned volvo at Romeo Auto. Jackson Donnelly was easy to work with, informative, and pleasant. Not only was he good at cars, he also showed me a scenic Lake George drive while I was waiting for my insurance company. Didn’t wait long, tho, I was able to visit the dealership and leave with my car the same day. If you want an easy experience with knowledgeable, friendly staff, give them a try.

I purchased a beautiful Jeep compass from Romeo auto outlet yesterday. With this being my first time purchasing a new car, Steven B made it nothing but easy for me! He was beyond kind and SUPER patient with me. He kept it real with me about everything and I appreciate that more than anything. I had visited other dealerships prior to making my decision, but I just didn’t connect with any of the sales people, whom were super pushy about buying a vehicle from them. Steven was not like that in any way, he treated me like a real human and not just a dollar sign!! He answered ALL of my questions in a timely manner and explained everything in detail so there was zero confusion. He also never made me feel like I was a bother to him with all my questions. I bought a car from Romeo Auto Outlet about 2 weeks ago. Steve was absolutely fantastic. 10/10. Overall they made the process super easy. I came in looking for a car that ended up already being sold, Steve worked to get a similar car brought over from one of their other stores. In the span of 24 hrs, everything was sorted and I was on my way in my new vehicle. Overall I would say it was a 4.5/5 experience. Mainly there was a few things that lowered it in my opinion such as the windshield wipers being pretty bad, they forgot to put a pil change sticker on the window, and after about 1 day of driving the car I noticed a awful smell that seems to be stuck in the vehicle. Just a bunch of little things tho. All in all its great they offer a warranty plan, the prices are decent, and the service is good. Would definatly purchase from them again.
