Wife bought a truck here from a reputable dealer and we have had the worst experience ever, not even 2 months after getting the truck, the fuel straps broke and fuel tank was hanging, meanwhile they were to replace the blend door actuator because it just kept clicking even when the truck was off so they apparently replaced it but never checked there own work, now wife isn’t getting much heat coming from either the vents as well as the recirculation don’t work. I ran a Diagnostic with the hvac system and have multiple codes, if they would have done a Calibration test, they would have known that they screwed up.

We bought a work truck this past month from John & he was great all the way from beginning to end seriously ! He made the whole process smooth ,fast & easy . Working with us every step of the way with clear communication. He even hooked us up with a great insurance agent that we plan on keeping ! He gave a us better deal than what originally had with our other vehicles . All for a great price that fit our budget !! WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND AVOIDING THIS PLACE ALTOGETHER!!!! Initially, John was extremely friendly and helpful. I ended up purchasing a used truck for a fair price given the mileage and condition, no problem. A day into owning it, the check engine light came on. I brought it to a dealer in my area, where they assessed 5 things wrong with the truck, including a faulty rear main seal, a failed turbo, a leaking rear differential cover, and a broken transmission auxiliary fluid pump (start/stop function). Because of the “warranty” that Queensbury Auto Mall provides with their cars, I figured this would be taken care of, especially considering the fact that I had just bought the truck and driven it home, meaning it would have been impossible for any of these problems to have resulted from me. John offered to pick up the truck and do the work at the dealership to save money, which made sense to me. Fast forward a couple weeks, I get the truck back from them, it had been “all taken care of” and got a fresh inspection in my state. I could tell something was off due to how John avoided my questions about what work they did on the truck, even though he insisted it was “all handled”. Come to find out from a 3rd party mechanic in my area, John and his team did absolutely zero work on the truck besides cleaning off the rear differential cover. This was incredibly disappointing for me, as he told me that they would fix these pre-existing issues with the vehicle, and they didn’t do any of that. I ended up spending $11,000 on repairs so that the truck would pass inspection. The inspection sticker he put on was likely from a paid-off shop, because there were multiple very significant problems causing the truck to not pass a legit inspection. I would never purchase a vehicle from Queensbury Auto Mall again and I would definitely not recommend them to anyone who wants a car that is ready to go immediately. Buying a car here is a coin toss as to whether it has multiple problems that they have purposefully hidden from the buyer. Steer clear from John and the shady business this place does.
