⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I had an truly excellent experience at Firestone Complete Auto Care on Glen Street in Queensbury. A special thanks to Chris behind the counter for his hard work, dedication, and expertise. He was professional, knowledgeable, and took the time to make sure everything was explained clearly and handled properly. It’s rare to find customer service this dependable and thorough. Chris truly went above and beyond, and I really appreciate the care and effort he put into helping me. Highly recommend this location if you’re looking for honest, high-quality service!

I contacted this location on Memorial Day morning, from Florida. I needed to have brakes checked on a second car I keep in NY. I had planned to be up for a short visit and needed an appointment asap. I was able to book an appointment online easily and was surprised to receive a friendly follow up call from one of the service techs on late Monday afternoon.My car was taken in on time. Unfortunately I needed all new brakes but I did not doubt the honesty and explanation of the auto care advisors, Christopher and Darrell. My car was serviced while I waited- less than 2 hours and I feel that the price was comparable with what I would spend anywhere else. I appreciated the personable customer service. It is apparent that they value customer satisfaction and communication. Thank you.

So glad we came here! We were traveling from VT to NY when we thought we heard the front left wheel bearing go bad. The service team was incredibly friendly and helpful, and even suggested a nearby park within walking distance where we could take our two young kids and our dog while we waited. When they confirmed the wheel bearing did need to be replaced, they also mentioned a few other recommended repairs. We appreciated that they still took the time to be thorough, even knowing we were from out of town and wouldn’t be able to return for the work since parts would need to be ordered. Overall, I really appreciated the honest, detailed inspection of our vehicle and the kind customer service. Best experience I’ve ever had when a car needed work. Would 100% recommend.

Fast and excellent service. The attended who helped my husband and I with a vehicle inspection was great. We had to come back due a recent battery replacement effecting the readings and they got us in quick. The staff were all very nice.

I cannot rate this Firestone highly enough! Yesterday I was driving on the Northway when my oil pressure warning light came on and I pulled off the closest exit into Queensbury. Firestone was the nearest open auto repair shop on a Saturday. I brought the car there and everyone was so kind and accommodating. They understood I was passing through town and would really be in a bind without my car. Long story short, they were able to fix my car before the end of the day and send me back on my way! I was there with a friend (both women in our mid-twenties) and I felt very comfortable there and that they were honest about the problems and pricing. Cannot thank the staff enough, everyone was so wonderful!
