West Herr Orchard Park Fleet service Department DONT GO THERE GO ANYWHERE BUT THERE. Took my 2025 Ram 2500 diesel, Cummings. work truck there for the exhaust sensor light that came on saying needing service. I asked them to change the oil and oil filter as well as the fuel filter because the light came on and rotate the tires they said they did all that and it will take 4 days for the exhaust sensor to come. Took it back and I told the guy they never rotated the tires because I have different valve stimes On the passenger side of the tires Vs the right and told them they are still and the tires had not been rotated. And the oil was black and was not changed and the factory marking on the fuel and oil filter you could tell it was never opened to change the filters. He said he would make sure it was done. So I want over to look at buying a new personal truck. They called me and said all done and not charge because I waited 4 hours for them to change the sensor, oil change and filter changes. I want home check the dip stick for the oil and it was as black as it was before. Took it to a place to get the oil change because they did not do it. I was told there was no way the dealership changed the oil filters, fuel filters or the oil as black as the oil was and the oil and fuel filters have to be ordered because its a new canister style type of filters and not the screw in filters as the 2024 where. They told me it will take a week or two to get the filters in. So West Herr fleet lied about doing the oil change, filter changes and tire rotation no wonder why he said there was no charge had nothing to do waiting 4 hours its because they never did the work to begin with. The salesman called me last week and ask when I was ready to do the paperwork for the new truck I told him about my experience at there fleet department and told him there would be no way in this earth I would ever buy a truck from them after my experience with there service department. If you take your truck to there West Herr fleet service department you better re-check any work they say they did, ask for the old parts back as well. Be a cold day before i ever took my work truck back there and bought a personal vehicle from them. Told my company dont ever buy company vehicles from them. They are not the only dealership around. Your better off driving to any other dealership then using this one. This is based on my personal experiences with West Herr maybe yours is different or you never checked the work they did on your vehicle and just trusted them. Bad mistake if thats the case. Cody and Dylan both lied about it or just blindly believed the mechanic. Definitely, not a reputable dealership in my opinion.

Took my truck in for recall work after assuring me the parts were there. Dropped the truck off and after 4 phone calls someone finally answered and said they didn't do it because they didn't have the parts. They assured me as soon as they came in they would call. I've called 15+ times since then and have not received as much as a call back. Terrible dealer, go anywhere else!

TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE. DO NOT GO HERE!!! This place was a red flag from the start. They kept telling me the parts for my truck were gonna come in any day now for two straight weeks. They then also quoted my service wrong for an extra part they weren’t even installing and they didn’t even catch it until I called and asked why the price was so high. They then proceeded to add extra labor and claimed that I told them to do it which is false in my book or was incorrectly explained. When paying they gave me an initial quote which was wrong because they apparently forgot to quote in labor and work so when coming in to pay it was 600 more than I expected with the extra parts and wrong quote. I will never be coming here again it was more than unprofessional and I’m surprised the dealership lets them run this way.

The manager gave me attitude because I didn’t want the work done which was almost a 3k quote. I took it to not one, but two different shops and they told me I didn’t need the work done that they claimed I needed. DO NOT go there for work and find an honest mechanic elsewhere.

Lazy workers, extremely slow and lazy ,dont expect any calls from them to tell you ,that your car is fixed and or not fixed and what's going on!
