I drive a lot and it is amazing to find a shop that not only takes care of the car, but make sure that the driver knows everything they need to and is very upfront and honest with their pricing and what to expect. I’m a repeat customer for a reason.

The owner, Dave Bergner, took the time to explain everything clearly and walked me through the repair process with patience and honesty. His professionalism and down-to-earth attitude immediately built trust. Mark, one of his employees, was also incredibly accommodating and kind throughout the process, making sure we were taken care of as quickly as possible. They managed to get our van in and fixed faster than I expected, and the quality of work was excellent. In a moment of stress, they brought peace of mind and for that, I’m grateful. Thanks to Dave and his team, I’ve found my go-to auto shop in town. I’m now a regular customer and will be taking all of my car needs to Bauer Automotive moving forward. Highly recommended!

All mechanics at Bauer Automotive are exceptionally knowledgeable and they always correct whatever issue your vehicle is experiencing the first time. Dave, the proprietor, and Mark the manager at the front desk are very receptive, kind, and truly listen to their customers. The atmosphere created by the entire staff, including Dave’s compassionate and welcoming wife is that of a family. I have a 14-year-old vehicle and an 11 year vehicle. They both run smoothly and are on the road 12 months a year because of the expertise of Bauer Automotive. I cannot recommend them enough.
