Big or small— they do it all (tire related of course!). If it’s a set of 4 run flat specialty tires or plugging a leak from a nail, these folks are good. Very good. Competitive pricing, friendly service, and quality workmanship.! Don’t sleep on BIG D TIRE !! Southwestern Boulevard in Orchard Park. Near the stadium. They are the best. !!!!

Horrible, horrible experience. Everything started out fantastically after I got something in my tire. Joe helped me out by giving me a loaner. I came back today with a perfectly fine vehicle and left with one that has lights on the dashboard. An incredibly rude associate named Jim belittled me and said that I came in with the issue. Which I didn’t. I JUST purchased the truck from Ray Laks and there’s not a thing wrong with it. They refused to acknowledge the issue or look at it. Avoid this headache of a tire shop at all costs.

Kind, personable, and honest. I was able to drive up same day after calling in the morning and they helped get my tires back to the correct nitrogen pressure in a matter of minutes. Will definitely be back in the future when tire needs arise. Thank you!

Great customer service and prices that are less than the other guys. I wanted a specific tire and was quoted $150 less than one of the big tire shops in Western New York. Joe took great care of me - very personable guy. I'll be bringing all of my future business here.
