My vehicle 2023 RAV4 Hybrid XLE Premium was in an unfortunate accident where someone smashed into the rear end of the vehicle. It was repaired at WestHerr Certified Collision Center where I was promised it would be repaired as good as new. 18,000$ later, the vehicle is left with body gaps, paint scratches all over and continuously damaging any new sets of tires I buy for it. After many follow-ups with the center, I realized that there is no interest in helping with resolving the issue. Rather, all cooperation feels like it’s meant to allocate blame elsewhere. I am left with a damaged vehicle that I need to figure out on my own how to fix. I cannot communicate enough my level of disappointment in the brand WestHerr. I thought I was dealing with the best center in WNY. Apparently not.

A deer ran into the front of my Subaru, after they fixed it, it wouldn’t pass calibration, they had to order another part. When I finally got it back, it looked brand new! Beautiful job, and they kept me in the loop thru the whole time. Great customer service!
View on GoogleI have a ‘21 Tundra and this is the 2nd trip to them. 2 different problems. 1st was after removing decal on back a previous shop and cleared over decal. They were able to buff out the clear and make it good as new. Then a 2nd problem with a weld repair on frame prevented the plow mount for being properly installed. Called them up made an appointment fairly quick and was done in an impressive time had my truck back by midday. Kylie at the collision shop had helped me out with both appointments and has gone above and beyond to help me in my situation. Will continue to do business with her and send people her way.

I Arrived for the appointment and was told “you do not have an appointment and we would not be able to fit you in if you did. And there is no one named Lauren…” I rearranged my day, work schedule, and children’s activities to be told I was mistaken. I called the call center (spoke with Amanda) who verified that I had appointment at said location for said time. Everyone seemed nice. Especially the call center workers…. But I did not get my car serviced and no follow up call was made to me to apologize or correct the situation. I left upset. I am leaving this for someone at West Herr to see so they can get better organized for future callers. First impression was not good at all.
View on GoogleWas an intermittent problem. Hard to have happen when your at the dealer. But low and behold it happened just as i was leaving. We all heard it, Michael, me and a mechanic from the shop. Michael was on it, to say the least. Even when parts were 6 weeks out he made it happen in two days. Up to date phone calls and other options to make it 'happen'. Truck done in a few days. Thanks to Michael for going above and beyond getting my truck done! Unheard of now a days!!!
