When I needed my engine replaced Mike in the service department was very attentive and explained everything to me, when I wasn't sure if my extended warranty would cover it, however I had the coverage and it was taken care of. I appreciate everything that he did for me and for my car. He answered every call and always returned my calls if he could not be there. The rest of the service department also was friendly and helpful. I'm glad I have a good mechanic that I can rely on. I would recommend Western Kia to everyone. Thanks again Mike!

They were great. Since KIA needed more than a day to determine a problem with our electrical cord they provided a car for our use. That was wonderful for getting to our doctor’s appointments. This was the easiest and smoothest car buying/leasing exsperience I have ever had. The salesman was incredibly healpful without being pushy or intrusive. It was like working with a friend. He found me a vehicle that i fell in love with, and gave me space to test drive, since it is a big purchase. Everyone was incredibly helpful and friendly. Definitely recommending family and friends to our saleman and this location.

Great service. Staff very accomadating when I needed to change appointment last minute. First time having service as recently moved to Hamburg. Happy to have found a place I'm comfortable servicing my car.
