I had the best experience leasing my new car. Damien Raymond who was my salesperson at West Herr in Orchard was amazing. The most important piece of this is that Damien LISTENED to what I could afford and never pressured me about the sale. I was with my daughter and.we both said how down to earth he was and easy and fun to deal with. Probably the best salesperson I have dealt with in a very long time. I'm from Rochester and I would tell anyone here to go to.Orchard Park as they certainly know how to treat their customers. Everyone was so friendly!!! One awesome experience. Had some issues creating the service appointment. Turns out that the help i received accidentally entered the following week for service. Not realizing I showed up a week early. The service writer was still able to get me in and have my truck completed back to me in less than 24 hours. They did a great job, the service tech provided me with a video of my vehicle walk though so I could see and understand what he saw. Great work, great service. I will continue to bring my vehicles for service for the foreseeable future.

Tatiana was wonderful to work with! Even with my bad credit West Herr was able to work with me and get me into a car near my budget range. (Also, they have other cars besides Chevy to choose from if that's not your cup of tea) I left with a Hyundai Venue and I couldn't be happier! Definitely would reccomend. Everyone was friendly, attentive, and accomodating. They listened to my needs and didn't try to sell me outside of that. They were also willing to bring in cars from other West Herr locations for me to look at. I feel staff were willing to go above and beyond to get me into the right vehicle that fit my needs and the needs of our family.
