Customer service throughout the process is great, with nice communication and a willingness to answer any questions we have. Work on my vehicle has always started within a few days of my car being dropped off at the shop. This last time, my vehicle was finished earlier than I had anticipated. We will continue to use Ventura's for all of our auto body needs.
