ALL smiles the entire time. Pete !! If you see this THANK YOU!! If you go here please ask for Pete, he is so amazing and made everything so much and was so supportive the ENTIRE time. He got me in a 2024 Chevy Trax, with AMAZING warranty and out the lot in 24hrs and could’ve been same day had it been earlier in the day. He educated me the entire time and even helped my fiancé out. Great guy all around. Everyone was great but Pete ? Outstanding. I was so nervous about going here and he just made it all worth it. I love my new car so much 🩷

I went into the dealership on 12/26/2025 to research leasing a new GMC Sierra. Robert Basil himself along with the sales and management team asked me what my needs were and took great care of me. I ended up purchasing a vehicle and taking it home that day. I would highly recommend this dealership for your next vehicle purchase.

I, Mark Brooks, walked in and was greeted right away with a welcome. My dealer introduced to me was Heather Kowalczyk. Heather from start to finish was a breath of fresh air for going through the trade in of a lease process. Heather listened to all my requests that I was looking for and did her best at helping negotiate my lease payments as low as possible. She also made it possibly for me to take my new 2026 Sierra GMC home that day. She pushed the process along smoothly and even though they close at 6 on Saturdays, she took the time to around 6:30 to show me how to use the GMC app and all the features of the truck. I would recommend Heather Kowalczy to anyone looking to purchase or lease from Basil. I will be recommending family and friends to here in the future. I bought my car there 3 weeks ago. I bought it because I loved the vehicle and it's warranty that I was told was included, not because of the saleswoman. She was condescending and let me know selling used cars were beneath her and that she used to sell the elite brands also made my kids feel unwelcome. I'd ask questions about the car, and she'd tell me to Google it. She made me feel so belittled, I was walking out when a different rep stepped in to assist. I agreed to take it. I was told to come back in 2 hours and the car would be detailed, front fender fixed and body buffed/polished. I had a tight timeline for the day - concert tickets, had to be out by 6. She told me to come back at 430. I arrived on time, she didn't bother even talking to me til almost 515. I finally got in with the financial guy and he advised me the warranty I was told was included, was not. All the sales people brushed it off like it was no big deal. Going from 75K to 24K is a huge deal! They lied! It all took forever and I missed half my concert as well as I didn't get out of there til after 630 only to find out absolutely nothing was done to the car, not even a wipe down. I took it back the following day as one of the keys they gave me was also unprogrammed. I ended up going to a different dealership to get a second key. I have reached out numerous times trying to get my front fender fixed and I can't get an appointment. While I love my car, I was very disappointed and disgusted with being lied to by 2 separate reps. The financial guy was really nice and a pleasure to work with though.

My truck was there for approximately a month . Needed a new engine . When the part finally came in Alex in service let my husband know that they would start working on it the following Monday . A week and a half go by and I was texting Alex and calling with no response . I finally got ahold of Jeff Werner and he stated sorry we are busy - that to me isn’t an excuse not to reach out to customers to let them know what is going on . We were dealing with travelers insurance and a week before the truck was ready - they sent Alex an email asking him to email her the tax id number so she could send out the payment for the work ahead of time. Alex never responded to her email with the info and when the car was completed - he called me up and told me to pick the truck up . I asked him if he got ahold of travelers for payment and he didn’t even remember they were taking care of the payment . He told me he would call travelers and get back to me . 11/2 hrs later - he finally answered the phone for me and told me I couldn’t pick up the truck until he received the payment from travelers . I was so mad because it wasn’t our fault that he didn’t do his job , and he was going to make us wait 5 more days - including the weekend due to his negligence . ( which would cost travelers another 5 days for a rental also .) i called travelers so they could get ahold of Alex in regards to this and she said she would talk to him - as payment was issued today . I in the mean while placed another call to jeff Werner the service manager and explained how upset I was again as I had to leave a voice mail . He never returned my call . Alex finally said I could come get the car as he had the payment numbers for the check . What a horrible experience and the way I treated - you lost a customer for the future . For management - Jeff not to even reach out - again this is poor customer service and it leads me to believe - we are just a number . So I won’t be buying any more cars from Robert basil gmc
