Today I had a flat tire and I received service so quickly. I just want to thank the gentleman who helped me! He was so considerate. He recommended a plug for my tire when I thought I had to get a whole new one. I followed him back to the shop and he had a plug in the tire in less than 20 minutes! I cannot believe such a disaster was resolved so quickly. Thank you so much.

Julianna and the tow truck driver made a very stressful situation bearable. I don't live locally and haven't had much bad car experience thankfully.. but Julianna was beyond patient and helpful and I appreciated her so very much.

Anthony and Juliana are awesome! I needed tires, oil changes, alignments and inspections for both family vehicles and they went above and beyond!! They looked up everything I asked about and helped me make the best possible decisions for both vehicles. They helped me get in and out quick and worked around both of our schedules. They were honest and showed knowledge and integrity. Thanks guys, we will see you both soon!!

Mike was assigned to me through AAA to tow my car and since I wasn’t with my vehicle, he called and made sure everything was correct! Great service and great people

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE! The mechanic shop I brought my car to had locked my key inside the car, and I was unable to get into my car after store hours. I called Triple A and they contracted Loyal Tire to unlock the vehicle. Loyal Tire claimed that they "unlocked the vehicle, didn't see any paperwork, and then relocked the car and left". The paperwork they are referring to is the invoice that states that all repairs have been paid in full. This paperwork is clearly visible from the outside window as sitting in the center console. I've attached a photo for reference since I'm still waiting for assistance from Loyal Tire and I can see very clearly that they were lying about there being no visible paperwork. No one actually came but the task on the Triple A website was reported as 'complete'. So I called Loyal Tire so as to ask them why no one had arrived and yet my task was marked as complete and THEY FORWARD ME TO VOICEMAIL. I called 8 times and then blocked my number and called another 6 times and still my calls were getting forwarded to voicemail. Anyway, triple A is currently getting a much more reputable and reliable company to come unlock my car. All the while I wait for this better company to arrive, I can clearly see an obvious invoice in the vehicle from the outside. Loyal Tire has no qualms about lying to make a buck. I'm sure if I ask the mechanic in the morning about whether or not a service person from Loyal Tire came at 9:30pm, unlocked the car, didn't see paperwork, and then relocked the car and left all under 5 mins they would easily be able to verify on their cameras that none of that happened. Loyal Tire never came. If they are so willing to lie about unlocking a vehicle, I'm sure they would like about vehicle repairs and tire replacements. I wouldn't trust them for any kind of work.
