Excellent service and good prices!! I recently bought my second set of BF Goodrich tires for my car and I'm very happy with them. Mike the technician is always very professional and helpful!

I’m very upset . I changed my tires only one week ago . Which comes with a road hazard warranty . I got a screw in my tire and was in between shifts in Monroe . There was not even one car inside so I thought for sure I’m being lucky today . I went inside and asked if he had time (1:33pm) he looked on the computer and said he was still waiting for his 1:15 client to come and had a 2:00 booking for balance …. There was absolutely zero reason he couldn’t help me . I’m suffering a medical condition and waiting currently for surgery I’m not supposed to do strenuous lifting / pulling . Here I am in 91 degree weather at Cumberland farms changing the tire myself because the staff at bjs plain refused to help me . I go through 2 sets of tires a year and I most certainly will not be returning to this shop.

Great staff, but every time I try and get something done, There is only 1 person in the whole shop. Phones, paperwork, tires, everything. They miss out on a lot of sales because of this and poor guy doing his best but no chance he can make customers happy

The worst service you could possibly receive. Very unprofessional and manager was very disrespectful not once but many multiple times. This service center should be closed and shut down. I ordered 4 tires December 15th 2022 they scheduled me for December 21th 2022. I drove 30 minutes to be told that the tires never came. The least that they could’ve done was give me a call instead they wasted time and had me show up for no reason just to get the run around. It is now January 3rd 2023 I am still with no tires. The workers are all incompetent. They say one thing and do the other. This is for my safety and there seems to be no sense of urgency with this place. This has been the worst experience I’ve received from any company.

After a wheel alignment at my local mechanic left my steering wheel shaking, I made an appt at BJ s for a tire rotation and balance. After waiting an hour, I had to leave as I had another appt. There was one employee answering the phone, doing the tire work, selling tires, and filling propane tanks. I rescheduled my appt. I received a call enroute to the next appt from bjs saying I was 20 minutes late, and that My time slot had passed, and I would not receive service that day due to being 20 minutes late. I rescheduled for today at 11:15. I arrived early at 11am so as not to miss my time slot. The employee doing the tirework said It would be an hour. I decided to walk down to home depot to kill time. I arrived back an hour later. My car had not been brought in yet.While waiting, several people came into the office looking for propane tank refills, and some thinking they were going to get tire rotation done without an appt. Eventually they would leave when they realized there was no one there to help them. After a total of 2 hours and 25 minutes my "free tire rotation and balance" was complete. My car was in for 20 minutes. The employee called " a superviser" to sign off on the work. When a young woman arrived and signed off, I told her about my experience. She looked blankly at me, and said there was no tire superviser there. The employee said "you need 4 new tires.". Honestly, Why would I purchase tires there when there is no one there to service customers. Promising free tire rotation and balancing with tire purchase is untrue if there is a 2 hour wait time. BJ s puts alot of money into acquiring new memberships and advertising tires for sale. They need to work on following through on these services. They lost 400 dollars in new tires I would have bought there, as well as lost business for the potential customers that walked away because there was no customer service.
