are the best team. leave this morning my go with some stikers from the company of the previous owner and request a detail and complete polish really my van seems to have come out of the dealer except for a few small blows it has. really am surprised at the result and very grateful to the guys from American Dream Car Wash. thank you very much

1 star - Avoid if you value your car + money Was on the $49.99/mo unlimited plan. Wash broke my rear wiper arm, then manager blamed me for “turning on wipers during wash”. He promised to replace it, never ordered the part. A worker finally got it instead. I canceled and told the manager. He still charged me another month, then gave me the runaround for a refund. Receptionist went back and forth but nothing resolved. Lost a $650/year customer over terrible service and zero accountability. You never gave the refund and never sent an email with no receipt. You service is horrible. You will be reported to the Better Buisness Bureeau for NY State. Horrible service and you are thrives to boot.

My interior is dirtier than when I brought it here. Glossy interior trim is dull because they're barely wiping, leaving more crud behind than they're cleaning. Streaks of soap and water down my doors. They use 1 tiny spritz of glass cleaner and wipe all the glass on the car. Stop being cheap, a full service car wash is $35, that Glass Cleaner is $3 a bottle. Maybe 2 or 3 spritz of the stuff won't put you in the red. Tire shine that isn't even applied correctly. Maybe that stuff is expensive too. Door jams still dirty. But my floor Mats are clean though, at least that machine works Check my pics. I'd tell you guys to improve but I'm never coming back.
