Maddie's Motor Sports - Farmington

Stopped at Dash Cycles to inquire about service for an old motocross bike I own. They immediately informed me that they don't work on anything over 10 years old. I have a 1980 Yamaha TT500. I have all the parts and a service manual for the bike but no help. So I drove right to Maddie's and spoke with Joe. Awesome guy willing to help and work on it as a winter project. I haven't even bought anything or had work done but I am confident it will a good experience. Looking forward to working with this company!

Couldn't be happier with my purchasing experience from the Maddie's Farmington Location. Brett and Andrew were so great to deal with. Quick and accurate communication, very professional. Purchased this beauty Cafe Bike and I'm beyond stoked to get it... now I just have to wait for the snow to melt. Sincere thank you for such a positive experience. TL;DR: They are great. Completely revamped. Will go there again, and recommend others do as well. Late 2025, I brought my bike in for a regular service, and had asked them to take a look at an odd scenario happening on my information cluster. The service was handled swiftly, however the concern with my cluster ended up turning into a case study with Triumph. Ultimately, Maddie’s had to give me some bad news about my bike. However, they did so professionally and with class. They focused recovering as much service as possible, and kept me abreast for the months it was there. (Very weird issue with Triumph bike) I almost did not go back to Maddie’s in Farmington after an interaction I had in a previous year there. After finding out that some elements have changed and there were different people, I gave it another shot. Despite the disappointing news about my bike, THEY did not disappoint in their service delivery and dedication to good work.

These guys are awesome. Andrew was very patient with me and my constant dumb questions and answered in a very professional manner. When I got to the dealership I already had a bad taste in my mouth because of another one of their locations but Brett was absolutely awesome. Very welcoming, knowledgeable and a blast to chit chat with. I will definitely tell everyone that asks me where to buy powersports equipment that Maddies Farmington is the only place I'll be going from now on. Nice shop. Pretty good selection of bikes and clothing compared to other Indian Dealers. Worth stopping to check them out. Helpful staff but not the badgering type.
