Advent Automotive (Auto Repair Farmington NY)

We recently moved from Webster New York to Macedon New York we have a lot of cars so I was looking around for a reliable Auto repair shop. Advent Auto was recommended. I have taken two vehicles there and have been extremely pleased. They are very good at finding the problem coming up with a solution and being honest about the solution. Their prices are extremely Fair and they are very pleasant to business with. I have worked with Mike Junior he has been extremely knowledgeable and helpful. I highly recommend the shop. I've been to the commercial Street location I did go over and meet the people at the other location and they seem just as nice. They seem to have highly skilled technicians. They really try to make accommodations to get you in. The level of communication why your vehicle is being serviced is outstanding. I have brought two vehicles in and I have others to bring in they are definitely my new service shop.

These guys saved the holidays for me. Long story short I was traveling out of state to see in-laws when my car kept overheating. They got me in same day, worked with local dealerships to get the part I needed, and got me back on the road amidst their busy schedule. All the mechanics were friendly, informative, showed me what broke, and did all the leg work for me to fight with my warranty. They even gave me my old part in the certified box to show them to get reimbursed. If I lived in the area they would be my mechanic. Anyone that goes here is in great hands. I am new to this area and needed to find someone to provide new rear brakes. Getting on line, I saw the terrific reviews for Advent Auto. So I took a chance. I am glad I did. I will use them for ALL auto repairs from now on. Courteous, truthful and professional. A treasure to have in my hometown!

Been going there for years took care of our mothers car for yrs, were great until my brothers truck needs repairs. They failed to honor what's says on the website that payments avail..lies! Never going here again!

Will take every single vehicle I ever own here! They are great and I would recommend to everyone!
