I had a great experience, Matt was super friendly, helpful, and made the car-buying process quick and easy. There was no pressure and they answered all my questions honestly. I’m very happy with my purchase and would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a vehicle.

I had a very frustrating experience trying to purchase a vehicle remotely from this dealership. They advertise easy nationwide shipping, but that was not my experience at all. I’m based in Virginia and came fully prepared with financing/cash and even had a carrier lined up. I was ready to move quickly and even offered to overnight signed contracts and funds. Despite this, the process completely stalled. The sales associate, Austen, initially came across very confident—stating they knew EVs better than anyone else. However, when I pointed out inaccuracies in the listing (the vehicle color was incorrect and the wheels were listed as 20" when they were actually 22"), communication quickly broke down. Over the course of three days, I was repeatedly told an out-the-door price was coming. Instead, calls started going unanswered, I was hung up on multiple times, and eventually completely ghosted. If you’re not local and able to walk into the dealership, I would strongly caution against trying to do business here based on my experience. They refused to use DocuSign and disappeared when I said I would over a contract and funding. Horrible phone and customer service systems in place there.

This is my second purchase at the Electric Car Corner and both experiences have been very smooth. They are very professional and patient which I appreciate. I definitely would recommend especially if you are new to purchasing an electric vehicle! Shout out to Kyle who helps me on my first vehicle purchase, Joe for my second vehicle purchase and Keenan for handling a lot of the back end paperwork on both purchases!

Buying cars has always been an awful experience. I was waiting and prepared to be talked down to ripped off and just leave disappointed. My partner and I Corey and Kennen. They’re were both excellent, welcoming and knowledgeable. We ended up leaving with a fairly priced Tesla and we love it! This was an amazing experience.

Kurt McNiece was such a wonderful sales professional. He kindly greeted us at the door and welcomed us into the showroom. He was very knowledgeable, helpful, supportive, sincere and not pushy at all. Ivan Turnbull the sales manager came right over and introduced himself right away offering his assistance with anything that we might need. A very nice and clean facility. I will be recommending electric car corner auto outlets used car center to everyone! I would give 10 stars if possible.
